Ok my dudes, one of my pet peeves is when a “woman’s restroom” has no trashcan within reach of the toilet.
How should I dispose of used feminine products in a hygienic manner in these situations?

Genetically engineer yourself to menstruate crude oil so that you can then safely set fire to your feminine hygiene products once soaked.
