How spaniels halt spirulina forming horrid balls of concrete

You know spirulina? It’s dried algae powder. It’s got one of the highest nutrient densities of any food … but tastes like spaniel anus. It also clumps in water like no other powder I’ve ever known. It forms puny balls of horrid concrete.

But yesterday I stumbled on a brilliant solution to both. I have zero idea of the current frontiers of global spirulina studies, so maybe I’m late to the party on this. But what the hell. It’s coconut water. Spirulina barely clumps in coconut water. And coconut water masks its taste admirably. Phenomenal stuff!
